City held their first ever BBQ event at Dunfermlines home of hockey the Glen Tavern on Saturday the 27th April. This was attended by in excess of 40 people - which was a great turn out. The award ceremony was held after the brilliant food was served. Again thanks must go to the Graeme at the Glen Tavern for the continued hospitallity he provides the club.

Read MoreThis weekend saw both City sides defeated by Fidra Lions 1 and 2's respectively. First up was City twos - who found themselves two goals down at the break. In the second half however it was mostly City and they were unlucky not to claw their way back into the game. Alan Green had made an outstanding contribution in the middle of the park driving the youngsters forward. Final score on the day though was 2.0 to Fidra.

The game was tough going - saw lots of cards, lots of action and talking points - but at the end of the day City were victors by 5 goals to 2. (Goalscorers Rintoul x3 Walker and Miller). City twos were unfortunate not to defeat Carnegie 5's on Saturday. Carnegie took the lead - but a leveler from David Tanton won them a point. Tanton then missed a late opportunity to win the game and Dave Sutton agonizing saw his well struck shot cleared off the line by Rod Ruzzak.
